
I am healthy, fit, and full of confidence. I don’t feel fat. Instead I feel attractive and like the woman I know I am. Over the last 12 weeks, I have lost over 25 lbs and 30 inches. My body fat has decreased by nearly 15%. For the first time in a very long time, I look in the mirror and am pleased with what I see. Three months ago I was not able to make these statements.
